We’re coming down to the wire, and it’s about that time. Not for last minute gift shopping, but for many of you to hit target dates for your goals. December 25th and January 1st were very popular choices on the goals board. Now it’s time to see how your efforts have paid off. If you reached your goal, awesome, if not, it’s time to evaluate. All of the CrossFit Fenway coaches are here to help you reach your potential, and figure out the steps to get there. Failure to plan is planing to fail. 12 Minute Ascending Ladder of Muscle-ups and Squat Cleans (60kg/45kg)
- Complete 1 muscle-up and 1 squat clean, 2 muscle-ups and 2 squat cleans, 3 muscle-ups and 3 squat cleans, etc. for 12 minutes.
- If you cannot do muscle-ups sub the triplet of pull-ups, ring dips, and squat cleans.
- Score is total reps completed.
