There are a lot of CrossFit workouts that look easy on the glowing computer screen, but when hands grip bar, and chest gets to deck things don’t go as planned. It happens to all of us, we see movements we like, and sure it’s a lot of reps, but we swear we’re gonna crush it. Well, Thursday’s conditioning workout may actually be one of those that looks tougher on paper than it actually is. The weight is heavy, but manageable, and shouldn’t detract too much from the body weight movements. When scaled properly this should be no more than a 10 minute workout. Try it out, and see if you think this one has a bark worse than it’s bite.
