12 Days of Thankfulness
1 – 15 Double unders
2 – Strict pull ups/Strict CTB Pull ups
3 – Front squats (135/95)
4 – Shoulder to overhead (135/95)
5 – Hand release push ups
6 – Toes to bar
7 – Deadlifts (135/95)
8 – Lateral over the bar burpees
9 – DB walking lunge (9 per leg)
10 – DB snatch (55/35)
11 – Hang power Cleans (135/95)
12 – 1200 Meter row

This WOD works just like the “12 Days of Christmas” WOD/Song. You will begin with 15 Double Unders. The 2nd round will be 2 Strict Pull Ups/Strict CTB Pull Ups, then 15 Double Unders. And so on until you finish the last round that starts with a 1200 meter row and ends with 15 Double Unders.
