WARM-UP
200m run
10 air squats
review kipping and gymnastics movements
front rack and lat mobility

STRENGTH
15 min to build to a 1rm Front squat

WOD
5 min amrap of either:
Muscle-ups
or
Burpee c2b pullups

then:
1 mile easy jog
