Back squat 2.2.2 x 3 sets @82% of 3rm with a 22×1 tempo
– rest 10 sec between reps and 2:30 between sets
4 rounds for time:
12 DB step ups (20″)
8 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
rest 3 min then:
1 min on 1 min off row hard but sustainable pace x 3 sets
