no strict pullup = 3 x5 negatives w a 31A3

Partner 1: 1 Burpee 1 American Kettlebell Swing (24/16) 1 1 Goblet squat
Partner 2: 2 Burpees 2 American Kettlebell Swings (24/16) 2 Goblet squats
Partners will keep switching and adding one repetition to each exercise every time.
