*Reminder Beginning Gymnastics seminar this Saturday from 11:30-1:00PM.

** Open gym is cancelled this Saturday due to the gymnastics seminar.

*Friday night at Reebok CrossFit Back Bay between 6:00PM-7:00PM we have an the I’am Adapted group throwing down and doing workout 16.3.  To see some amazing athlete come down and check them out!
