Why Are You Here?


It’s a direct, and important question that we have posed to all of you.  For some there is a specific reason, with a defined goal.  For others it is more a more general feeling surrounding this place, and what you accomplish here.  I know I’m here because of all of you, and how fired up I get when one of you achieves something you didn’t think possible a short time ago.  Whatever your answer to the question we not only invite, but encourage you to put it on the board.

If your response is a specific goal, put a specific date by which you want to achieve it.  Talk to Stacey, JT, or me about what you can do to get there.  We’ll do whatever we can to help, and make sure you’re making progress.

Skill: CrossFit Warm Up

Strength: Push Press 3-3-3-3-3

WOD: Complete 5 rounds for time of:

20 Double unders

15 Box jumps (24″/20″)

10 Kettlebell swings (2 pood/1.5 pood)

  2. WOD : 9:39 24″ box and 2 pd KB. That was my first time doing a workout with the 2 pd beast and that 5th round was insane. Loved it. Great to have you back Shawn.

    WOD: 14:42 w/20″ box and 1pd KB. those double unders really slowed me down but i’m glad i got through all 5 rounds doing them.. finally

    I’ll miss you guys over the next few days, but don’t worry, I’m already all set up to rep CFF in suburban Philly 🙂

    time would have been quicker but the box and I had a staring contest…I won! 🙂
    Push press 26kg PR! and I got one up with 30kg
    so is 30kg my pr if I only got 1?
