Tuesday we did high-bar back squats. Yesterday we did a ton of air squats during the Tabata WOD. Tomorrow we’ve got more for you. The nice upright torso position we worked on with the high-bar back squat can be used again when we practice front squats. Tomorrow’s WOD is a variation of Karen (150 wall balls for time), and includes squats with an overhead press on the end, in other words 150 thrusters. Will you be sore? Probably yes. Can you cry? Sure. But if you show up tomorrow it will be the finest fifteen minutes of your day.
