This has been a great week at CrossFit Fenway. All of our members keep showing up and kicking ass every day. From Kevin getting his first muscle-up, to Ty deadlifting more than one barbell ordinarily holds through conventional methods, and everyone in between, great job. All of you are what CrossFit Fenway is all about.
Tomorrow is Friday, but we don’t have a girl for you. I can’t in good conscience subject you all to more than a mile of running in below zero wind chill. I know if we left the workout as planned for tomorrow you would all get out there and kill it. Instead, we’ve put together another way for you to work in the overhead squats you worked on earlier today. Happy Friday.

Skill: Muscle-up progression
Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:
12 kettlebell swings (1.5/1)
6 push press (95/65)
3 overhead squat (95/65)
