While we didn’t come to a consensus last time as to which couplet in this workout is the good twin, and which one is evil, it seems clear that both have at least a little bit of a bad attitude.  Friday’s another chance to try this fun, different workout, and make your pick for the twin in this duo that wears the goatee.

  1. I always thought my first experience with “Twins” would go differently!
    24:57 Rx – I finished the first couplet in sub 9 and then fell apart on the thrusters and L pull-ups.
    Great work 5:30!

    Subbed wall climbs for hspu and banded deadhang for Ls, but RXd THE WEIGHT!!

  3. 27:06 with 8 wall climbs per round, 25kg for thrusters and 2 then 3 red bands for deadhang pull-ups.
    Trying not to be too negative so I will refrain from comments!

    L-pulls (all but about 5)

    Hard workout for me…
