Turning Your World Upside Down

CrossFit is about pushing yourself to find your personal level of intensity.  In order to do this we need to get comfortable being uncomfortable.  This week we’re going to spend some quality time upside down, practicing forward rolls and headstands, working towards developing handstands.  If you’re in class this week we’ll  help you adapt to being upside down and stabalizing yourself in that position.100_0426
