We are going for a two rep max front squat, and getting after a short, heavy couplet of rowing and hang power cleans. Take your time between sets of front squats. The small amount of reps may cause you to move fast, but we are going to try and work close to our pr’s and hopefully pass them. Use all of the time you are given in the platform room wisely. The goal of the day should be taking your previous front squat PR and doing it for reps.
The row, hang power clean workout will be a fun test of conditioning and strength. There is no pacing this workout. Go fast on the row and stay aggressive with the weight.
