  1. OMG, you can only imagine my surprise when I saw this while checking in on the CFF daily-which I love following! Didn’t know this picture came your way! lol. This baby feels like it’s already doing hand stand push ups in my belly. A Crossfitter for sure! Consider this proof that Fenway laid the foundation for my dedication to this lifestyle, and you are always in/on my heart. I wish I was accompanying Shruj this week, but sadly his trip is solo. Mad love to each of you, I can’t explain how much I miss you all. And a big THANK YOU for the awesome card and Fenway memorabilia that was sent to my shower. Spoiler alert….it made me cry. (it was the only moment I cried all day.) There’s just something about you fools…..
I can’t wait to bring the baby to meet you all. We’ll be in the front row at the Games 2012.

P.S. I am doing this WOD in solidarity, thanks for the honor.

    1. Tiff, you cried? 😉 It’s OK, CFF even makes a cold soul like mine a little emotional sometimes. We miss you guys and can’t wait to see the little one!

  2. I visited Haley and Yosh this morning. The whole lbs thing thoroughly confused me!

    HPS – 150lb x 3
    WOD – Jeremy
    21-15-9 OHS 95# and Burpees
    4:38 Rx
Having 3 kids this one hit home!

  3. Squat clean: 67kg
    WOD: 11:21 RX

Several attempts at 69, then 68, got stuck at the bottom of the squat. On the bright side my elbows are faster.

  4. It just wasn’t my day. I think making an appearance at the 5:30 am class (as opposed to my typical 6:30 class), plus the turkish get-ups during our warm-up, really tired me out.

Squat clean: a disaster at 55 kg. Way below my PR.
WOD: 10:20 Rx – It’s been such a long time since we’ve done wall balls, they just didn’t feel smooth.

Looking forward to hitting the reset button, and coming back well-rested tomorrow.

  5. Squat clean: 60kgs

WOD: 10:10rx … Wall balls are still a struggle however my kettlebell swings felt great. Can hold on much longer now than I could when I first started!

  6. Squat cleaned 80kg I have gotten better at getting my elbows around and a smoother transition and for the WOD I did it in 9:23

  7. squat clean – 57kg PR
WOD – 13:32 rx, finally made the jump from 10# to 14# (which is, as my boyfriend pointed out, a 40% increase in weight!). not pretty form but it was time to take the leap…
