Fight Gone Bad is a CrossFit benchmark workout originally developed to simulate the time domain of a mixed martial arts match, and now used annually as part of a fundraiser of the same name benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project and Athletes for a Cure. Skill: knees to elbows, ball ups, skin the cats
WOD: ….. Gone Bad
In this workout you move through five stations for one minute each for three rounds. A one minute break is allowed between rounds. The stations are:
- Tire Sledge, alternating arms
- Box Jumps
- Kettle Bell Swings
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate” you must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.
