Thoughts on Garage Games NE Finals

We had a lot of athletes representing CrossFit Fenway at the Garage Games New England Finals this past weekend.  Watching all of you get after it for two days straight was exhausting, but really there’s nothing I would have rather been doing.  I’m so proud of the efforts of all of our competitors.  You all worked so hard in preparation for this event, and then gave it absolutely everything you had.  I’m also very proud of the way our community came out to support our athletes.

Although we may not have had any podium finishes this time around, our competitors killed it.  I’m not sure how else to describe scaled athletes frequently sticking to RX movements, CFF competitors in all divisions setting the pace, finishing near or at the top of their heats, and doing it all with a smile.  Let’s take all the successful experiences from the Garage Games series, and build on them as we move into the 2012 CrossFit Games Season.

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes following the rep scheme below:

1 Wall Climb
10 Double-unders
2 Wall Climbs
20 Double-unders
3 Wall Climbs
30 Double-unders
4 Wall Climbs
40 Double-unders
5 Wall Climbs
50 Double-unders…

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 5 and 50, go on to 6 and 60. If you complete 6 and 60, go on to 7 and 70, etc.
