The Power of Positive

Negative RuleHow many times have you heard someone say “this is going to be awful,” or “I should have skipped class today,” or “I hate thrusters”?   I hear it all the time…and I am totally guilty of it myself.  Let’s try to get rid of these negative thoughts.  Remember that we LOVE Crossfit and we choose to do it every time we walk through the door because we know it will improve our lives, make us happier, and much healthier.

The negative thoughts are only going to hold us back from completing the workout to the best of our ability.  If we go into the workout accepting the challenge and looking forward to conquering it we will perform much better and therefore Crossfit will help us achieve our goals faster.

Strength:  Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

WOD: 5 Rounds

1 minute of Rowing

1 minute of Burpees

Count max reps and calories.

    1. *pssst* Pistols are single leg squats…challenging but a great tool for training both sides of the body individually and finding weaknesses.

    1. Too awesome! Auditioning for Survivor was high on my list a few years ago. Love the video. Better practice your paleo eating now, just in case!
