Hopefully the relatively cool weather we’ve experienced over the last couple of days continues, because on Thursday we’re taking it outside. The entire mile worth of running, 60 wall ball shots, and 120 double unders can all be performed outdoors. You can all decide for your selves if it’s actually more comfortable out there.
