  1. Jerk: went up to 90 kg then back down to 60 to work on form. I’m going to work on this movement every week.

    WOD: 6:33 Rx

  2. Jerk — Got up to 40kg but went back down to the 30-35kg; I need to work on the mechanics of this until it finally clicks.

    WOD — 13:34Rx. Relatively OK with my d/u progress but felt like my squats were on the slow side. This is a great home/travel WOD!

  3. Well the good news is that I can do a DU. the bad news is i can do A DU…like in one. once i get these bad boys strung together, WATCH OUT!
    couldn’t jerk bc of my shoulder but did a PR on DL at 85kg

    WOD: 9:36 Rx

    It is frustrating that I can squat 95kgx20, yet I cannot get through 75 air squats without breaking them up into sets of 5.

    WOD: 15:00 with a 20lb weight vest and subbed 5 single unders for one double under cause I cant do double unders yet

    Great work in the new year guys…. anyone else hear that its going to be video submissions for the games this year instead of sectionals?

  6. Jerk- 60 kg- failed 62 kg (need to work on this form)

    WOD- 8:32

    waited about 30 min and Erika pushed me through Tuesday’s metcon- SDHP/burpees- 4:51

  7. Hai! Man was I glad the gym wasn’t closed a second day. But I was glad work was closed again!

    Jerk – 57kg
    WOD – 16:59. First two rounds Rx, dropped to singles for the last round.
