As usual it’s been a tough week, but everyone has put forth a great effort, resulting in some impressive performances. We’ve done a lot of pulling this week. While looking for a benchmark workout for tomorrow I had a hard time nailing the perfect one down, so we’ve got something a little different. It’s a four round triplet, but with a rest between each round. This is interval training, CrossFit style. Just like with Barbara a couple weeks ago, every round is a sprint. Don’t break up the work, because the breaks are built in.

Complete 4 rounds, timed individually, of:
10 Thrusters (45kg/35kg)
25 Box jumps (24″/20″)
10 Ring dips
Rest 2 minutes between each round
