Stacey’s famous.  She’s been on TV, she’s all over YouTube, and now she has a workout named after her.  The first workout in Again Faster’s competition to join their team is named in honor of our very own Coach Stacey, so of course we’re going to give it a try.  Come in Friday, and see if you can beat her at her own workout.

  1. Very cool! I wish I could try this workout. But probably not a good idea tomorrow since I am running a marathon in a couple of days.

  2. Fascinating that the sideways cotton eyed joe warmup video has been viewed almost 800 times, but forward rolls only 72. CrossFit stalkers have strange taste, I guess.

Great workout that deserves its place on the wall with the rest of the ladies!
    Great work 5:30!

    another eventful 630 class with KP’s props, Sandon’s wig and Christina’s cooking…

  5. I passed on this due to the BAA Half on Sunday, but enjoyed all of the innuendo and PG-13 jokes from the 530 class.

    100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 air squats

26:25 Rx w/shredded hands. I spent nearly half of this time on the pull-up bar, the last 25 or so were singles. Woof.

  6. 14:41 RX… I was under the impression that this workout wouldnt be too bad when Joe told us about it yesterday. But Joe was right I definitely felt the burn

  7. 15:19 RX- Very excited with my time. Thanks for the motivation and push Stacey, it was an awesome morning! Finally have an RX under my belt.

  8. 18:03

The row wasn’t as bad as first thought and I kept moving on the squats, but I was too slow. I would like to take on this one again some day.
