Put down the green beer, and get over to CrossFit Fenway for more fun than one leprechaun can handle. We’ve got a St. Patrick’s day filled with skill development everyone can use, core strength work, and an interval metcon with sprinting, barbells, and everyone’s favorite, burpees. You know it takes more than luck to reach your fitness goals, and that doesn’t stop, even for America’s favorite drinking holiday. However, we want to keep some St. Patty’s day tradition at CFF, so be sure to wear some green to workout.

Skill: Double unders and kipping pull-ups
Strength:
Complete 3 rounds, not for time of:
1 minute plank hold
30 second hollow hold
30 “lemon squeezes”
10 toes to bars
WOD:
Complete 4 rounds, timed individually, of:
Sprint to Kilmarnock Street and back
15 push press (50kg/35kg)
10 burpees
Rest 2 minutes between each round
