Spring Cleaning

It’s almost like your coaches knew you’d need to be on your clean game for this week’s Open workout.  We didn’t, but we’ve trained the clean in a few different ways this week, and it continues Thursday.  Despite the April showers, the temperature has been practically bearable, so we’re going to get some running in the mix tomorrow, and hope to keep it going on the regular.  Another sure sign of spring in Boston, the Red Sox home opener is Friday.  The parking situation around our beloved box is about to get interesting.  We’ll do our best to keep you updated on the schedule.

  1. Even though I hate running, I loved this WOD. I scaled to 40kg and did it in 14:14. I felt like my running form was questionable and I had a hard time filling my lungs, but for once I kept a steady pace through an entire workout.

    Doing this workout was much more constructive than doing what I wanted to earlier today – punch my coworker in the face.
