We’re working skin the cats this week. This is a great exercise for developing core to extremity strength. If you’ve been in already this week, and tried it out, you know this movement works your trunk, arms, and legs, as you’re getting a great core exercise with bonus pulling and grip strength required. Skin the cats also provide a great shoulder stretch, and could definitely be added to your warm up or cool down.

WOD: Complete 10 rounds for time of:
10 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (32kg/24kg)
10 Wall Ball (20#/14#)
10 Double Unders
