It’s a simple, no equipment required metcon that can absolutely crush an athlete, especially with the temperatures we’ve had that are supposed to continue Wednesday. Acupuncture is now available at CrossFit Fenway! Anna Israel, who many of you already know from class, will be treating CrossFitters and outside patients on Wednesdays from 2 PM to 6 PM.
