Run, Snatch, Run

Thursday is the “nice” day this week, so let’s go out for a run.  Not just any running workout though, we’re getting after the first event from the 2010 New England Sectional, affectionately known as Pullin.  Oh the memories.  Nothing ruins a mile run quite like breaking it up with 30 snatches.  As with all of last year’s regional and sectional competitions, there’s plenty of data available for you to plan for this workout.  Peruse the score sheets (there’s a few familiar names in there), choose your snatch weight, and have a goal time in mind to smash.

    Just want to say that I have a great respect for the competitors at sectionals. If I tried this Rx, I most definitely would have hurt myself.

    + did my first bar muscle up, yay! Maybe not so pretty, but still.
