
And we’re back. Hopefully everyone’s recovered from their turkey hangover, and ready to go. We’re getting started the Monday after Thanksgiving with a few of Joe’s favorites. First we’re gettin’ huge with back squats, very deep, then we’ve got a chipper with running and pull-ups, a heavyweight’s delight. There’s nothing quite like running through a blast of brisk November air to end any remaining pie induced stupors, except for maybe running, and trying to do 50 pull-ups as fast as humanly possible.

After getting my fix this evening, I realize I was actually having CFF withdrawals over the weekend…glad to be back at it 🙂
