We haven’t practiced from-the-ground-up Olympic weightlifting for a bit, but Thursday it’s coming back big. Even though we haven’t snatched or cleaned, we’ve still been working on the parts and pieces of these lifts. There’s been a lot of big weight going up and new PRs being set. I don’t know about all of you, but I’m excited to see what y’all can do with the snatch this time around.
