Return of the Lungenslam

It’s back.  On Thursday the Lungenslam returns to CrossFit Fenway.  If you Google Lungenslam you get a lot of links back to CFF, with an ad page referencing us thrown in for good measure (it is the internet after all).  To be sure, I checked around, and was able to find this from 5B CrossFit in Idaho.  Looks pretty similar to the Lungenslam, but can’t confirm it’s exactly the same movement.  A hearty thank you and pat on the back to anyone who starts up the Lungenslam Wikipedia page to get the med ball rolling on this movement.

WOD: Complete 5 rounds for time of:
20 Lungenslams (20#/14#)
10 Toes to Bar

Thursday is day 14 of the 100 Burpee Challenge.  It is now 105 burpees if you want to buy in.

  1. I never thought I’d ever say this but I think the lungenslam is my favorite activity. Slamming the ball into the ground is extremely therapeutic.
