Michael Cahill, Joe, Yosh, Erika, JT, and I spent this past weekend renovating our home. Crumbling dry wall was reinforced or replaced, giving our box a decidedly more rugged feel. Thanks to all those who helped out with this project.
Now that the place is reorganized it feels a lot more wide open, so let’s keep it that way. Please return all equipment neatly back from whence it came when you’re through with it. Kettlebells are now between the pull-up structure and window, dumbbells are in the nook near the water fountain, and rowers are up against the former whiteboard wall. Also, please make use of the barbell holsters in the platform room, and do your best to keep the bumper plates stacked with their similarly weighted siblings. Let’s keep taking care of our spot, and the equipment within, so everyone has an opportunity to use and enjoy it.

FIGHT GONE BAD 6 is this Saturday, September 17th. This year the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, the Infant Swim Resource, and Camp Patriot are benefiting from the fundraising efforts. We’ll be running heats at CrossFit Fenway in lieu of an invasion workout beginning at 11 AM. If you’re registered as part of the CrossFit Fenway team, please be sure to sign up for a heat. All are welcome to come cheer, support, and keep score as part of this great community event.
