Regionals

jasona_logoCrossFit Fenway will be closed Friday evening, and there will be no invasion this Saturday, as we’re heading to the Northeast Regional Qualifier for the CrossFit Games.  We’ll be cheering on Stacey, Erica, and other friends of CFF, as they vie for a spot in the 2010 CrossFit Games.

Stacey and Erica have already accomplished so much in earning their places in this competition (check out this interview with Stacey (WMV/MOV) from last year’s Northeast Qualifier), and I’m very proud of both of them.  They attack every workout, displaying determination, and a work ethic enviable by any athlete.  They make everyone they workout with better, and they’re some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.  I feel fortunate to be able to work with Stacey and Erica on a daily basis, and I can’t wait to see what they’re going to do this weekend.

Friday we’ve got one of the workouts Stacey and Erica will be getting after this weekend for you to try.  The Red Sox begin interleague play this weekend, paying a visit to the Philadelphia Phillies, so parking won’t be a problem tomorrow morning.  If you’re heading to Albany this weekend, please contact me, so we can coordinate.IMG_0169
