This week we’re going to try and improve skills that we’ve worked on in the past. Double unders are great for improving agility, and overall foot speed, not to mention a great way to warm up the entire body. Kipping pull-ups obviously develop upper body strength, but they also improve coordination, and total body control in space. Mastering either of these skills will clearly help you cut down your times on task priority workouts, or increase your reps on a time priority workout, but more importantly they will help you become a better, more well rounded athlete.

Nearly 8 full rounds of “gee I didn’t suspect Ring Rows would hurt this bad”.
85kg on HBS

Man oh man my legs were (and still are) smoked after that workout.
9 rounds with a 20″ box for pistols.
@JT- For me it was, “My God I didn’t think they’d hurt THIS much”
(Not that that was a negative comment. I was just unaware of HOW good a workout they are.)
