Quick Post for 6/16

Just got back from the Sox game, and need to get some sleep before seeing y’all tomorrow morning.  Here’s what’s going on.

June 16th, 2010

Skill: Kipping Pull-ups

Strength: Power Snatch

WOD: Complete 3 Rounds for time of:
7 Overhead Squats (45kg/30kg)
14 Ring Push-ups
21 Double Unders

Wednesday is day 20 of the 100 Burpee Challenge.  210 burpees gets you in on the fun.

The Sox home series against the D’Backs continues Wednesday, so there will be no parking during the Wednesday evenign classes

    Not by me: I got 9:24 Rx.

    Chad got 4:36 for 3 rounds… SCALED UP to 60kg!
    Then he went on to finish 5 full rounds in 8:48.

    Excellent work by everyone today.
