Quick Post for 5/24

Just got back from Albany, and we’ll have more regionals recap tomorrow.  For now, we’ve got a classic mainsite WOD on tap for Monday, and parking all day, with the Sox on the road.

10 Overhead squats
10 Pull-ups
10 Ring dips

Strength: Push press 3-3-3-3-3

Complete 4 rounds for time of:
400m Run
50 Squats

    Did the WOD in 14:28 with the 5pm class. Oof.
