Wednesday we’ve got 5 sets of 5 reps programmed to see how heavy you can get with a thruster. The thruster covers a long range of motion, as the weight is taken all the way to the bottom of a squat, and driven all the way overhead to lockout through explosive hip extension. We aim to improve our ability to move large loads, long distances, quickly, and a max effort thruster certainly allows us to express this work capacity.
