This past Sunday a few members of CrossFit Fenway took part in the Hoppin’ Mad Mud Run. Christina Nikitopoulos and Stephanie Schneider both expressed some apprehension about the event, but both did great, and had a great time. Jim Cushing and Ed Fish also took part. Whether it’s a trail run, a road race, or a trek through mud and military obstacles, events like these are fun, challenging ways to test your fitness.
Sarah Whiting is heading to the Pineland Farms Trail Running Festival and is offering rides, if anyone else would like to give it a try. Anyone who wants to should be able to find a race, as there are several of varying distances.
