If you want to be the first into the agility hurdles, or to get a particular pull-up bar during a workout you need to be the first one done with your box jumps. It’s sectional season for the CrossFit Games, so we’re taking the structure from the Midwestern Sectionals Air Force workout for tomorrow. The longer the workout takes the more burpees you’re going to do. It pays to be a winner, and that has never been more true than in tomorrow’s workout.

Great WOD today thanks eric. there is no better motivation to finish than fewer burpees. 4.40 as RXd. 1.5 pood KB
Really fun (and challenging) workout today . . . and a few new things to work towards (clapping push ups, larger pood KB, 5 – 6 min time the next time we do this).
It’s funny but I’ve really come to love the split jerk and push press . . . it’s actually quite remarkable how you can use momentum and proper form to move some pretty impressive weight.
It’s pretty impressive to see the progress all of you are making. Great work by the AM classes this morning.
Awesome workout this morning.
