Partition as Needed

Tuesday we’re giving you a volume of work, and you get to decide how to attack it.  Think of it as a choose your own adventure workout.  There will be no frantic flipping from page to page, only to learn your character has died, and you need to start over.  No, however you choose to break up the reps, you’re going to have to finish this story, and get all the work done (unless of course a bottomless pit somehow forms at CFF, and you manage to fall in).  Making good decisions about how to divide the movements will help you complete the workout faster and get to THE END.

  1. Did Again Faster WOD 11 this morning which is 200 DU, 9000# of deadlifts, and 75 thrusters with a barbell partitioned any way you choose. I did 200 DU then 5 rds of 15 thrusters and 8 DL @ 225. My time was 7:51, I should have done fewer rounds and more reps with less transition time.

      1. welllll maybe you should have just done it with me yesterday like we had originally planned! 🙂 but seriously, i’m sorry i didn’t make it – bad morning. i promise i’ll be your biggest cheerleader for wod 12

  2. My local box was cool enough to let me do the CFF WOD.

I did 10 rds of 10 pushups and 10 box jumps followed by 100 airsquats. 14:40 was way slower than I was hoping for, maybe all of this warm weather is slowing me down..

  3. I did this one at home; there’s a 21-22″ ledge/stage in my apartment that I can use for box jumps.

    WOD — 12:32. Fast first 2rds, then not-so-fast last 3.
