Open Update 11.6

The Open is over.

Thank you to all members of the CrossFit Fenway family that took part in making the last 7 weeks a success.  I’m always so proud of the way CFF represents, and it was great to see everyone there, every step of the way, supporting one another.

Congratulations to the athletes that made it through all 6 workouts.  Competing in and completing this multi-week CrossFit event required skill and will to see it through to the end.  Regardless of your feelings about the outcome, do your best to take lessons learned from this season, apply them to your training moving forward, and remember that the number one reason we do this is because it’s fun.

Speaking of fun, be sure that you’ve got some time on the 17th, 18th, and 19th of June to head out to Canton.  With another solid week of scores CrossFit Fenway will be well represented at Regionals.  Stacey will be there competing as an individual, with several others waiting to see how the scoreboard shakes out, and we will have an entry in the team competition.  It’s practically a home game, and we want as much of the CFF family as possible out there supporting our athletes.
