Thanks to Amy, Chris, and the whole crew at CrossFit Southie for having us over again this past weekend. The long workout we’d all been anticipating came up. 20 minutes of heavy-ish power cleans, toes-to-bar, and wall ball shots. Taxing the entire system, and tearing hands. Stacey and Aaron lead the way scoring 373 and 336 reps respectively. Erika Snyder and Joe chipped in with 9 and almost 10 rounds each. We also had a new pair of athletes tally for the team, as Yosh and Mo’s scores both contributed to help keep CrossFit Fenway near the top of the leaderboard within Northeast Region. That makes 12 different athletes’ scores that have counted for us through the first 5 weeks of competition! With 1 event left I’m looking forward to a strong finish from all of our competitors.
