HSPUs to 1 AbMat, 80kg/176# DLs, 24″ box, unassisted pullups, WBs at 10#, regular DUs, run with 15kg/33# plate. I made it outside to WBs well before the 10:00 mark, the rest was a slog.

    5:30a got after this!

    In your honor, LT Nuttall.

  2. 24:04 with a handful of no-impact modifications (air squats for box jumps, no DUs and rowing for running…no weight vest though, I left that to Ron)

Nice work 5:30, and have a super weekend.

  3. I had a really good time with the name of this workout. This shit was nutts!

7-8 no mat HSPU, the rest with 1 abmat. 10 DL at 65# and 5 at 50# (my back ALREADY hurts. fail.) box jumps with 24″ + 20kg plate. unassisted pull ups. 10# wall ball. DUs. 20kg plate run.

And Stacey and Erika were right…this one looks WAY worse than it actually is.

  4. This was a scary workout for me for a variety of reasons, but the scaling was very good. (Thanks Stacey!)
    Dumbbell presses 20# for HSPUs.
    DL @ 220#
    Air Squats for box jumps.
    Jumping pull-ups on the rings.
    WBs with 10#
65 single-unders (calf pain, boo) then 700m row.
400m (walk) with the 20KG plate! (Rx! The only part 🙂

Thanks for letting me drop on for a brutal workout! top notch guys, look forward to stopping in soon again! “Nutts” 21.20 RX

  6. 28:20 Tough, tough workout. Rx on everything except singles instead of DUs. 50 deadhangs also sucked ass – can I say that on this board?

  7. 38:24, scaling every activity except the run – unless you consider walking as scaling.
Green bands for hspu, 85kg/187# for dead lifts, 20″ for box jumps, 10# for wall balls, 400 singles for double unders, then walked the 45# plate the distance. Hard but good. Go Nutts!

WOD was not as bad as it looks, but my double unders were pretty terrible. I need to stop complaining about them and work on them more.

    Great work 6pm’ers.

  9. You all make me so happy. I knew Andy. He was just a great big kid. Always had a big smile and worked his ass off in the gym but he always seemed restless. He was never so happy as the day he left to go to the military. Our whole team was so bummed when we heard the news. Thank you all for giving this effort to Andy. He’d be pretty psyched to know he was having an impact all the way across the continent.
