Thursday’s just another normal day at CrossFit Fenway. We’re starting off with the deadlift, definitely a personal favorite, and the lift with which we’re generally able to move the most weight. Let’s see what you can pull for a set of 3. For conditioning we’ve got a 3 round triplet of running, hang squat snatches, and box jumps. This is another rep scheme/workout that we see with some regularity, and I really like it, because you can move quickly and unbroken throughout. Yup, nothing out of the ordinary, just picking up heavy stuff, and getting fit, fast as you can.

FIGHT GONE BAD 6: Less than 2 weeks left to register, fundraise, and prepare for Fight Gone Bad 6. This year the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, the Infant Swim Resource, and Camp Patriot are benefiting from the fundraising efforts. We’ll be running heats at CrossFit Fenway on Saturday morning, September 17th in lieu of an invasion workout. Athletes of all abilities are welcome, and encouraged to sign up and join in this amazing community event as a part of the CrossFit Fenway team.
