New Fundamentals Session Begins April 5th!

Getting started at CrossFit Fenway is easy! Our classes are always small – only 8 people per class – so if you’re familiar with CrossFit, or even just in decent shape, you’ll have no problem at all jumping into our classes and letting our excellent coaches show you the ropes.

Because of that personal attention, you’ll fit right in. We don’t make you take mandatory intro classes, no “buy-in” needed; all you need to join CrossFit Fenway is a desire to work hard and learn a whole new model of fitness as you join our awesome community!

For those people who don’t yet feel confident to jump right in, we also offer a very special set of sessions we call Fundamentals. This is an introductory curriculum designed to get you up to speed fast! It’s a 4-week session of one hour classes that run 3 times each week.

Every class group ends with a group break! Go team!Over the course of these 12 hours, we gradually introduce you to all the basic movements you’ll encounter in our regular workouts at CrossFit Fenway. We’ll also teach you some basic information about nutrition, exercise, intensity, and more aspects of CrossFit that can help you achieve great results even faster. By the time you graduate from Fundamentals, you’ll know where you stand and you’ll be ready to scale the workouts effectively enough to join the fun… and I’m willing to bet you’ll already be seeing results!
