Nate

In honor of Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy, who was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

This Friday we’ve got a Hero.  The workout honoring CPO Nathan Hardy is one of my favorites, short reps, challenging movements, and as much work as you can get done in 20 minutes.  Due to the strength and skill required to attempt Nate, we are offering a similar, alternate, scaled workout as well.

WOD: Nate

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings, 32kg

–or–

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8 Pull-ups
8 Ring Dips
8 Push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings
