Last time we did Nancy it was likely much more temperate than it’s going to be Friday. Heat and humidity are just more elements that can change to vary our workouts. It’s interesting to compare scores from a workout performed under one set of conditions versus a distinctly different set. Consider this another reminder to drink plenty of water, just not during the workout. Push it on the runs, then control your breathing, focus, and get the overhead squats done in bunches.
