While I do enjoy mixing up my facial hair configuration (constantly varied!), it’s been a moustache for me this November, because I’ve donated my face to charity.  Movember challenges men to change their appearance, and the face of men’s health by growing a moustache.  The moustache serves as a ribbon to help raise awareness and funds for cancers that affect men.  Funds raised in the US campaign will benefit the Prostate Cancer Foundation and Livestrong.  Whether you can grow a sweet mo, or you’re a moustache enthusiast, if you’d like to participate register here, and if you can, please donate a little.

    WOD- 13:14…stupid HSPUs. Well, more like, stupid burpees causing me to mess up my HSPUs and need an abmat to finish…

    The highlight of my morning was making it through airport security with no questions asked about the carton of one dozen hard boiled eggs in my carry on.

  4. Push Press – 50kg. Stopped scaling up because I was jerking it. Someone scream at me next time this comes up. I need to improve.

    Its nice to be back in the good old USA where I can breath doing WODs…. so hard to do crossfit the last three weeks being in India where there was a layer of smog IN the gym. So its gonna be a rebuilding time next week or so. But it was awesome I did meet a crossfitter over in New Delhi at the gym I saw him doing what I thought was barbara and I asked him and we got to talking about it. CROSSFIT IS EVERYWHERE!!! Thanks again guys for putting up awesome workouts!!

    wod: 11:21, scaled up with weight vest on burpees, pull-ups, double-unders and squats (not hspu, they sucked on their own).

    the pm classes are absolutely crushing wods lately!

  8. push press: 30kg, 2x32kg and a whole lot of arching my back to try and get 3.

    WOD: 10:51 with 20# dumbbell press instead of hspu and purple band pull ups. AND successfully did doubles for the first time in a workout! woo!
