Wednesday’s workout is one we’ve done before. It’s one of those ones where it definitely pays to be a winner. The faster you complete the swings, the fewer burpess you’ll have to do. The number one thing you can do to get through this workout as quickly as possible, with a minimum number of burpees is hold onto your kettlebell. It calls for mental toughness to resist the urge to drop the bell. Sure, it’s heavy, your forearms are on fire, and your grip is starting to give, but that rock with a handle is a lot harder to pick back up than it is to put down. Be stronger mentally, otherwise you’ll be wasting precious seconds thinking about picking the thing back up, picking it back up, and getting your momentum started all over again. Hey, even if your burpees are smokin’ fast that still only leaves 45 – 50 seconds for swings, and you can do anything for less than a minute.
