Remember back in mid-March, and the beginning of the 2011 CrossFit Open. The anticipation of the announcement of the first workout. The delay of the announcement. The fury of the online masses at the delay of the announcement. The excitement/terror once we learned the makeup of the first workout. The subsequent extension of the first week into 2 because of the delay and other technical difficulties, leading to many attempting the workout time and again, hoping for a couple reps of improvement (yours truly included). Ah, memories.
Wednesday you can relive some of that excitement/terror as we try CrossFit Open 11.1 again. The Open is right around the corner, set to begin in just 8 short weeks on February 22nd, so now’s a good time to revisit some of the workouts to see how you’ve improved, or to get a feel for the type of things programmed. Whether you plan on participating this year or not, this is a great, deceptive workout to test yourself against.
