Not a great deal of progress, but I was pleased with the semi-epic box fall/roll that ended with me on my back mid-WOD…way to grind it out 0530!

  2. 12+24 @ 50kg. My push ups were ok today, still the worst part for me. Kept my DL lightish and tried to think about form throughout this one.

  3. 12/16/10: 13 rounds @ 176#
    11/4/11: 15 rounds @ 220#

it’s funny how you fight for the small gains daily/weekly, and then once in a while get to see the progress from a more macro perspective!

great way to end the week (but i’m sitting in my office and i’m still sweating from the WOD!).

    11/4/11: 10+14 @ 250#

This was fun (it’s always easy to say that AFTER the workout is over). I was gunning for 10 rounds, so I’m happy with what I did. I was 25# short of Rx, so that’s where I think I’ll be going next time.

I agree with Kevin… it’s really fun to see improvement from a macro perspective. Great work 6:30 class!

  5. 14 + 11 @ 60kg, on my knees(TWSS), 15in box.

Should have gone heavier with the DLs and REALLY want to get back to full push-ups, but am still trying to bring my hands and elbows in, per Coach Joe. Happy with the box rebounds, however–9 seems to be the magic number.

  6. McGhee: 10+2 @ 225#

Only improved by 1 rep compared to last Dec… OK, Stacey, I’ll try to get a better night of sleep/rest next time, promise.

    RIP Corporal.
