Skill: CrossFit Warm Up

Strength: Overhead Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2

WOD:

5 minutes of rowing for distance

2 minutes rest

5 minutes AMRAP:

5 pull-ups

10 jumping squats

  1. WOD: 1062m; 5 rounds + 9 squats…(pull-ups with purple band)

    If ever there was motivation to get out of the bands, it’s that last squat.
